Observe: to watch a person or a situation. Usually observation happens in silence. You watch what is happening.
Eg: “I observed the group as they argued with each other.”
It is different to watch or look because it’s more intent
Obey: the act of following rules.
“I need to obey my mum and dad”
“I need to obey the law”
Adhere: to stick to something
“Tape Will not adhere well to a wet surface”
“In order for this toy to be sold, it has to adhere to product health and safety rules”
Follow: to go after someone or to act based on instructions
“I followed my friends to the bathroom.”
“To build this shelf, follow the instructions on the manual”
