Recently visited Herson's Kia a few times over the past month. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I worked directly with Matthew Hunter, first in looking at and test driving a hybrid SUV with my wif month. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I worked directly with Matthew Hunter, first in looking at and test driving a hybrid SUV with my wife. Although I ultimately ended up deciding on, and purchasing a different manufacturers EV, I liked the dealership and working with Matt. About three weeks later, I was in the market for a certified used car for my daughter, and found a great deal on a vehicle we desired. We did a couple of test drives over a two day period, while I did some further research. Herson's is located very conveniently for future servicing, and were easy to work with. Matt communicated very effectively, answered any questions, and was low-key in making the sale very easy and satisfying. There was no pressure and we purchased the vehicle and completed a trade-in in just under two hours! More

I had it towed on Friday, and they first told me that it was in the body shop that was closed until Monday. I was very upset and told them I needed a car. None was available.
